CreditThe Hütten Tour is a bus tour from Kunsthalle Münster to the so-called "Hütte", the former sportsmen's home of SC Westfalia Kinderhaus.
Since 2020 the Residence NRW⁺ program for young talented artists and curators in Münster found its interims-home in the former club venue, surrounded by sports yards. The old club rooms serve as a living and working space for the fellows, who spent their residency under one roof for six and twelve months respectively. Now, before the program moves to the Hoppengarten, the stipends invite you to their beloved Hütte: „Our fellow residence spot is the "Hütte“ in Münster’s suburban Kinderhaus. Here we live and pursue our own artistic activities. Although we spend plenty of time together, it doesn't always mean we work together. But, we've played darts together.“ (Soya Arakawa, Künstlerstipendiat 2022/2023).
The bus tour is free of charge. Return to Kunsthalle Münster at approx. 9 p.m. As the number of places is limited, please register by 22/02/2023 at event@residencenrw.de
