, Atelier 4.1

For six months, twelve pupils from Years 5 and 6 at Mathilde-Anneke-Gesamtschule experimented, designed and printed as part of a printing workshop together with Julica Bracht and Kyra Porada, the owners of JUKY | Raum für Gestaltung.

From single-line drawings (with closed eyes), to prints of single-line drawings on Tetrapacks, to a wide variety of printing techniques - not least with Lego bricks. This involved designing their own printing blocks, choosing the right colors and working on the heavy printing press. This resulted in small series and unique one-offs that bring the versatility of printing to life.

The results can be seen in a small exhibition in Atelier 4.1. The exhibition is organized by JUKY | Raum für Gestaltung together with the Mathilde-Anneke-Gesamtschule.
