Schauraum anders! Die Nacht der Museen und Galerien 2021

As part of the Nacht der Museen und Galerien, the Kunsthalle Münster also opens its doors. On display is the exhibition Sensing Scale that explores the question of how networks, data traffic and technocratic megastructures operating on a planetary scale inscribe themselves into our world; how they influence our lives, our thinking, our actions, our visual culture as well as our perception. It is those complex and intricately wired and interconnected systems that Tekla Aslanishvili, Pedro Barateiro, Emma Charles, Geocinema, Bahar Noorizadeh, and Wolfgang Tillmans focus on in their works.

After Die Nacht der Museen und Galerien unfortunately had to be cancelled last year, it can take place again this year, although in a slightly different form than in previous years; the public space will for example be played in a different, new way.

Visits to the museums and galleries are possible without prior appointment. To participate in the guided tours, registration is required at Schauraum.
